Training Videos

Watch training sessions recorded for your camp, copy a shareable video link, or open a video in a new tab.

Training Videos is a read-only page where your camp's administrators can watch recordings that Campium has published for your organization.

Who can open it

You need access to the Admin menu (the same access used for other Admin tools such as Staff Hub). The Training Videos item appears under Admin in the left navigation only when at least one active video exists for your camp.

If you do not see Training Videos, either no videos have been published for you yet, or your role cannot open Admin pages. Contact Campium support if you expected a recording to appear.

Open Training Videos

  1. Open Admin in the left navigation.
  2. Click Training Videos.

The page title is Training Videos, with the subtitle Watch the training sessions recorded for your camp.

Watch a video

Each active video appears as its own card with:

  • The video title
  • An in-page player (play, pause, and other browser controls)
  • An optional description under the player

Use the player to watch without leaving Campium. If your browser cannot play the file, the card includes a download link.

Under each video you will see Video link:

  1. The URL field is read-only.
  2. Click Copy to put the link on your clipboard (you see Link copied. when it works).
  3. Or click Open in new tab to play the file outside Campium.

Helper text under the controls: Copy this link to share the video, or open it in a new tab.

If the browser blocks clipboard access, Campium selects the link and asks you to copy it with Ctrl+C (Cmd+C on a Mac).

Empty state

When no videos are published yet, the page shows No training videos yet and explains that recordings for your camp will appear here. Reach out to Campium support if you are expecting one.
