For a chosen day, see the campers attending each session with parent contact info and allergy details.
Overview
Use this daily report to see, for a chosen day, the campers attending each session, along with their parent contact info and allergy details. It is useful for day-of planning, roster checks, and knowing who to call.
What it shows
Each row is a camper attending on the selected day.
The camper attending that day. This is a link to their profile.
The camper's grade.
The camper's teacher, when on file.
Any allergies noted for the camper, so staff can plan accordingly.
The session the camper is attending, plus any special note.
The camper's primary contact, with a link to that person's profile.
Home and cell phone numbers and email for the contact, so you can reach them quickly.
Choose the day and season
Pick a date
Use the date picker in the header to choose the day you want. The report reloads for that date.
Choose a season
Use the season dropdown to focus the report on a single season.
Where to find it
In Campium, go to Reports > System and select this daily campers-by-session report.
Troubleshooting
- No campers listed: No one is attending on the selected day for that season. Try another date.
- Allergies or contact info are blank: That information has not been entered on the camper's profile.
