Overview
Use the Attendance sheet to print a paper PDF for taking check-in and check-out attendance by hand. It is handy when you want to track attendance away from a screen, such as at a trailhead, a cabin, or an off-site activity.
This is a printable paper sheet. To record attendance online instead, use the online attendance reports for a single session or for a whole season.
How it works
The page shows a full year of monthly calendars for the selected season. Pick a day, and Campium builds a printable PDF attendance sheet for that day.
Choose a season
Use the season dropdown in the page header to pick the season you are taking attendance for. The export always targets a single season, so there is no "All Seasons" option here.
Click the day you need
In the calendar grid, click the date you want. Campium generates a PDF attendance sheet for that day and season, ready to print.
Print and take attendance on paper
Print the sheet and use it to check campers in and out by hand during the day.
Where to find it
In Campium, go to Reports > System and select the Attendance sheet.
Troubleshooting
- No day exports anything: Confirm a season is selected in the header dropdown before clicking a date.
- Wrong campers on the sheet: Check that the season in the header matches the season you are taking attendance for.
