Chronological User Registration report

Track new registrations in date order, filter by season or all seasons, customize columns, and export the Chronological User Registration report.

What this report shows

Use the Chronological User Registration report to see registrations in the order they were created. This helps you track new sign-ups and spot busy registration periods.

Each row represents a single registration. You see who registered, what they signed up for, and when the registration was created, all in one place.

Use this report when you want a timeline view of activity, such as watching registrations on opening day or reviewing who registered during a specific week.

Where to find it

Open the Reports area

  • Sign in to your Campium admin site.
  • In the main navigation, go to Reports.

Go to System reports

  • In the Reports section, look for the System group.
  • Open the System reports list to see system-level reports.

Open Chronological User Registration

  • In the System reports list, select Chronological User Registration.
  • The report page at www/prod/report/chron.php opens and shows registrations based on your current filters.

Choose a season or all seasons

The Season filter controls which registrations appear in the report.

Select a Season

  • At the top of the report, open the Season dropdown.
  • Choose the specific season you want to review, such as a particular year or session series.
  • The table refreshes to show registrations created for that season only.

View all seasons

  • If you want to see registrations across every season, choose All Seasons in the Season dropdown.
  • The table then shows registrations from all seasons, still ordered by registration date and time.

Confirm the results

  • Look at the first few rows to confirm the Season label in the table matches what you expect.
  • Scroll to see how registrations progress over time for that season or for all seasons.

If the report looks empty, check that:

  • The correct Season is selected.
  • Families have actually registered for that season.
  • The registration window for that season has already opened.

Columns you will see

The report table shows one row per registration, with columns such as:

  • Registrant name – The person who registered. Click the name to open their profile.
  • Season – The season the registration belongs to.
  • Sessions/products – A comma-separated list of sessions or products included in that registration.
  • Email – The primary email address on the profile.
  • Status – The registration status, such as Approved, Pending, or Inactive.
  • Registration date/time – When the registration was created, down to the minute.

Some organizations may also see extra columns, such as:

  • Location – The camp or site associated with the registration.
  • Second email – An additional email address stored on the profile.

Customize which profile fields appear

Use the settings panel on the report to choose which extra profile fields appear as additional columns.

Open column settings

  • On the report page, find the settings or column options area (usually above or beside the table).
  • Open the panel to see a list of available profile fields.

Pick the profile fields to show

  • Check the profile fields you want to add as columns, such as Phone number or City.
  • Uncheck any fields you do not need for this view to keep the table easier to scan.

Save and refresh the table

  • Save your column settings.
  • The report updates, and your selected profile fields now appear as additional columns for each registration.

Keep only the columns you use regularly. A shorter, focused set of columns makes it easier to scan new registrations quickly.

Sort and review by date

The report is designed to make it easy to follow registrations over time.

  • Sort by registration date/time – Click the registration date/time column header to sort ascending or descending.
  • Spot busy periods – Look for clusters of registrations on the same date or within a short time window.
  • Track recent activity – Sort with the newest registrations at the top to keep an eye on who has registered most recently.

Export, copy, and print

Use the export tools built into the report to share or analyze the data outside Campium.

Download a file (Excel, CSV, PDF)

  • Above the table, click the Export or Download controls.
  • Choose the format you need, such as Excel, CSV, or PDF.
  • Save the file, then open it in your spreadsheet or PDF viewer to work with the data.

Copy to clipboard

  • Select the Copy option if available.
  • The current table view is copied to your clipboard.
  • Paste the data into an email, document, or spreadsheet.

Print the report

  • Choose the Print option.
  • Review the print preview and adjust your printer settings if needed.
  • Print a hard copy to use in staff meetings or for quick reference.

Before exporting or printing, set the Season filter and columns exactly how you want them. The export and printout match your current view of the report.
