Pickup Privileges Report
See who is approved to pick up each camper so staff can verify identity at pickup.
Overview
Use the Pickup Privileges Report to see who each family has authorized to pick up their child, so staff can verify identity at pickup time.
Data only appears once families have entered at least one authorized pickup person on their profile.
What it shows
Each row lists an authorized pickup person for a camper.
The camper being picked up. This is a link to the full profile.
The name of the person the family has authorized to pick up the camper.
How the pickup person is related to the camper, for example parent, grandparent, or family friend.
A contact phone number for the pickup person.
Filters
Season
Use the season dropdown in the header to focus on a single season, or leave it on all seasons.
Session
Narrow the report to campers in a specific session using the session dropdown below the season selector.
Add profile field columns
Select Display Columns above the table to choose extra profile fields to show as columns, such as cabin, group, or bunk. Type in the filter box to find a field quickly, check the ones you want, and save. Your selection is remembered for next time.
Where to find it
In Campium, go to Reports > System and select the Pickup Privileges Report.
Troubleshooting
- No data yet: Families have not entered any authorized pickup people. Ask them to add at least one on their profile.
- A camper is missing: Check the season and session filters, and confirm that family has entered a pickup person.
