Pickup Report
Review authorized pickup people and guardians blocked from pickup for a season and session so staff can verify identity at dismissal.
Overview
Use the Pickup Report to see who each family has authorized to pick up a camper, and which guardians are blocked from pickup (with the staff-only reason). Needs the Pickup Module and Attendance report access.
Open Reports → System Reports. Under Attendance, open Pickup Report.
The report has two views:

Use the season and session filters at the top for either view.
Authorized pickups
Each row lists an authorized pickup person for a camper.
The camper being picked up. This is a link to the full profile.
The name of the person the family has authorized to pick up the camper.
How the pickup person is related to the camper, for example parent, grandparent, or family friend.
A contact phone number for the pickup person.
Select Display Columns above the table to add extra profile fields (cabin, group, bunk, and so on). Your selection is remembered.
Authorized pickup rows appear after families have entered at least one authorized pickup person on their profile. See Pickup privileges.
Blocked guardians
Click Blocked guardians to list guardians who may not pick up a camper in the season and sessions above. Helper text: Guardians who may not pick up a camper in the season and sessions above. The reason is for staff only. Open a camper's history to see every change.

Empty state: No guardians are blocked from pickup.
To turn pickup off or back on for a guardian, use More → Pickup Info on the profile. See Block a guardian from picking up a camper.
Filters
Season
Use the season dropdown in the header to focus on a single season, or leave it on all seasons.
Session
Narrow the report to campers in a specific session using the session dropdown below the season selector.
Troubleshooting
- No authorized pickup data yet: Families have not entered any authorized pickup people. Ask them to add at least one on their profile.
- A camper is missing from Authorized pickups: Check the season and session filters, and confirm that family has entered a pickup person.
- Blocked guardians is empty: No guardians are marked Not allowed for the filters you chose. Blocks are set on Pickup Info.
