Family Map
See where your families are located on a map, based on the address on file.
Overview
Use the Family Map to see where your families live at a glance. Each active camper with an address on file is plotted as a marker, so you can spot how far people travel, find clusters to target for outreach, and plan regional events or transportation.
Your camp's own location appears as a blue marker near the center of the map.
What it shows
Select any marker to open an info window with that family's details.
The camper's name, linked to their profile so you can open the full record in a new tab.
The primary address on file, used to place the marker on the map.
The mobile phone number on file, when one is available.
Filter by season
Use the season selector at the top of the map to limit it to families registered for a specific season. Leave it on the default to plot everyone in your account.
Markers are placed by geocoding the primary address on file. A family with no address, or an address that cannot be located, will not appear on the map.
Where to find it
Open the Family Map from Reports
Go to Reports > System and select Family Map.
Choose a season (optional)
Use the season selector at the top to focus the map on one season's families.
Troubleshooting
- A family is missing from the map: They may have no address on file, or their address could not be located. Add or correct the primary address on their profile.
- The map looks centered on the wrong place: The center point uses your camp's saved location. Update your business location if it is off.
