Season Stats
A dashboard of revenue, payments, registrations, and payment-method trends for the season.
Overview
Use Season Stats for a quick, visual read on how a season is performing. It brings your recent payments, revenue, new registrations, and card-versus-bank mix together on one page so you can see momentum at a glance.
Use the season selector at the top to switch which season the charts reflect.
What it shows
Chart titles change when you pick a season that has Season Start Date and Season End Date. Without a season window, recent charts use a rolling last-7-days label and monthly charts use a longer rolling window.
A Using dates: footnote under the header shows the range the charts use. If the range is estimated, the note says so. When you can open Seasons, the dates are a link that takes you there to change them (hover tip: Open Seasons to change these dates.).
Daily total of successful card and bank payments. With a season selected, the title becomes Payments Processed - 7 days to the end of the season window (or today if the season has not ended yet).
Monthly payment totals. With a season selected, the title becomes Payments By Month - followed by the season start and end dates (for example Jun 1, 2026 - Aug 15, 2026).
Registration revenue booked each day. Follows the same last-7-days versus season-window title pattern as payments.
Monthly revenue totals. With a season selected, uses the season start and end dates in the title.
How many new campers were added each day over the past week.

Payment and revenue figures count only successful, processed payments. A chart may be hidden when there is not enough recent activity to plot.
Where to find it
Open Season Stats
Go to Reports > System and select the season stats dashboard, or reach it from the main dashboard.

Use the season selector at the top to change which season the charts reflect.
