Season Stats
A dashboard of revenue, payments, registrations, and payment-method trends for the season.
Overview
Use Season Stats for a quick, visual read on how a season is performing. It brings your recent payments, revenue, new registrations, and card-versus-bank mix together on one page so you can see momentum at a glance.
Use the season selector at the top to switch which season the charts reflect.
What it shows
Daily total of successful card and bank payments over the past week.
Monthly payment totals so you can see the longer-term trend and seasonality.
Registration revenue booked each day over the past week.
Monthly revenue totals across the past year and a half.
How many new campers were added each day over the past week.
A pie chart comparing how many payments came in by credit card versus bank (ACH) over the last 12 months.
A pie chart comparing the dollar amount paid by credit card versus bank (ACH) over the last 12 months.
Payment and revenue figures count only successful, processed payments. A chart may be hidden when there is not enough recent activity to plot.
Where to find it
Open Season Stats
Go to Reports > System and select the season stats dashboard, or reach it from the main dashboard.
Pick a season
Use the season selector at the top to change which season the charts reflect.
