Favorite pages
Save admin pages you use often with the heart in the top bar, organize them in folders, and open them again from Favorites.
Pin the admin pages you return to most often. Favorites live in the top bar heart menu and are private to your signed-in user.
Find Favorites
- Sign in to CampiumDB.
- Look at the top bar (right side, near other shortcuts such as your todo list).
- Click the heart button (Your favorite pages).
The menu title is Favorites.
Favorites are available to every signed-in staff user. There is no separate module toggle. Each person only sees their own list.
Save the page you are on
- Open the page you want to keep.
- Click the heart to open Favorites.
- Click Save this page.
The heart turns solid (filled) when the current page is already saved. In the menu, the same row reads Saved - remove. Click it again to remove the page from your list.
If the current URL cannot be favorited, the menu shows This page can't be saved as a favorite. instead of the save row.
When you have not saved anything yet, the empty state says Nothing saved yet. Use "Save this page" above to keep the page you are on.
Open a saved page
- Click the heart.
- Click a page name in the list.
Pages that are not in a folder appear at the top. Folders appear below and start collapsed. Click a folder name to expand or collapse it.
Manage favorites (rename, folders, reorder)
- Open Favorites.
- Click Manage favorites.
In the manage dialog:
- Helper text: Drag to reorder or to move a page between folders.
- New folder creates a folder.
- Ungrouped holds pages that are not in a folder. You cannot rename or delete Ungrouped.
- Drag the handle next to a page to reorder it or move it into a folder.
- Drag the handle next to a folder name to reorder folders.
- Use the pencil control to rename a page or folder.
- Use the trash control to remove a page or delete a folder.
Empty folders show Drag a page here. If you have no favorites yet, the dialog says You have not saved any pages yet. and Tap the heart in the top bar to save the page you are on.
Tips
- Favorites store the page URL you reached, so they are a shortcut for pages you already have permission to open.
- Renaming a favorite only changes the label in your list. It does not rename the page itself.
