View attendance summaries and drill down into check-ins, check-outs, and absences across a season or date range.
What this is
Attendance reporting is a summary and drill-down area for attendance across a season or date range. It rolls up check-ins, check-outs, and absences so you can review attendance patterns without opening each day one at a time.
Use it when you need a broader view than the day-of online attendance screen provides. Attendance reporting helps you review what happened over time, then open specific records for more detail.
Attendance reporting may not appear if attendance features are turned off or if your account does not have permission to view it.
Where to find it
Open Attendance reporting
- Go to Reports in your menu.
- Open the System reports group.
- Select Attendance reporting.
What you can see on Attendance reporting for campers
The campers view gives you a summary of attendance activity across the date range and season you select. At the top of the page, you typically choose the season and the start and end dates, then review the attendance totals below.
You can use this view to spot trends and then drill into the underlying attendance details.
Summary information
The camper summary typically shows:
- Check-ins — camper arrivals recorded during the selected range.
- Check-outs — camper departures recorded during the selected range.
- Absences — campers marked absent during the selected range.
Drill-down view
From the summary, you can open more detailed attendance records for a closer look. Use the drill-down view when you need to confirm who was present, who left early, or which absences were recorded in the selected period.
Staff view
If staff time tracking is enabled, Attendance reporting may show a Campers / Staff toggle. Use the staff view to review staff attendance in the same reporting area.
The staff view follows the same general pattern as the campers view:
- Choose the season and date range.
- Review the attendance summary.
- Drill down into the underlying records when needed.
