Email in Campium
Understand the different email surfaces in Campium — mass emails, reusable email templates, and automated system emails — and where to manage each.
Overview
Campium sends email in a few different ways, and each one has its own place in the admin site. Use this page to understand the difference and jump to the right guide.
- Mass Emails — emails you compose and send to a group of recipients, either right away or on a schedule.
- Email Templates — reusable email designs you build once and use across your communications.
- System Emails — automated, transactional emails Campium sends on your behalf when something happens, such as a form being approved or a payment being processed.
Mass Emails
Mass emails are one-off or scheduled messages you send to families and other recipients. You choose who receives the message with recipient filters, write your content, optionally attach files, and send now or schedule for later. You can also review basic delivery stats afterward.
Mass Emails
Compose, target, schedule, and review one-off emails to your recipients.
Email Templates
Email templates let you save a reusable design and content so you do not have to rebuild the same email every time. Create a template once, then use it for forms, mass emails, and other profile-based communication.
Email Templates
Create, organize, and reuse email designs across your communications.
System Emails
System emails are automated, transactional messages Campium sends when a specific event happens — for example, when you approve a form, when a payment receipt is generated, or when an invoice goes out. Unlike mass emails, you do not send these one at a time; they are triggered by activity in your site.
