Immunization
Turn on immunization reading, review camper vaccine records, and track compliance against your state's requirements.
Campers upload vaccine records the way they already do on forms. Campium reads the pages, lists doses for your health director to confirm or correct, and compares what is on file to your state's requirements.
Immunization is a paid add-on. Open it from the left navigation item Immunization. You need an admin login or the Immunization permission on your role.
Preview before you buy
If your camp has not purchased immunization reading yet, Immunization opens a preview titled Immunization records, read for you. The sample roster is made-up data so you can see how the screen works.
What it costs
On the preview:
- Five cents per page read. You pay for what gets read and nothing else. There is no minimum.
- Campium estimates a season total from how many campers are enrolled and a typical page count.
- Set Stop after to a dollar cap. Reading pauses when you reach it, and you can raise the limit later.
- Click Turn on immunization reading. You will be asked for a card or bank account to bill after the season.
Only an administrator can purchase. Staff with the Immunization permission can open the preview, but they see An administrator needs to turn this on. instead of the purchase form.
Review campers and documents
After purchase, Immunization opens the review queue (default Campers view). Use Documents to work from uploaded files instead.
On Campers:
- Choose a Season.
- Filter by status: All, Needs review, In process, Meets, No record on file, or Awaiting.
- Open Review on a camper who has a document.
- Confirm or correct each dose. Campium presents the evidence; you make the compliance call.
- Use Export CSV or Recalculate all when you need a download or a fresh pass over the season.
Usage tiles show Used this season, Stops at, Left, and Expected for the season. If reading is paused at your cap, use Raise the limit.
Document page limit
Campium reads up to 5 pages per uploaded immunization document. A file with more pages is not read and shows status Over 5 pages, not read. Ask the family for a shorter upload, or split the record, then review again.
Setup checklist
If compliance is not fully configured, the queue can show Finish setting up immunization compliance with steps such as linking forms. Campers stay blank until those steps are done. Use the form links in the checklist, or open Forms to finish setup.
