Aging Account Balance report

See each family's outstanding balance built up over a date range, so you can track how much is owed and follow up on aging balances.

Overview

Use the Aging Account Balance report to see which families carry an outstanding balance for charges recorded during a date range you choose. It gives you a quick, name-by-name list of who owes money and how much, so you can prioritize collections.

The report is scoped by both a date range and, optionally, a season / program group. It looks at charges (sale products) recorded during the range and subtracts payments to arrive at each family's balance.

The date range filters by the date each charge was recorded in Campium. If you leave the dates unset, the report defaults to the last 30 days.
