Ledger Summary report
Review payment activity by family and day, with amounts broken out by payment method alongside revenue, discounts, manual adjustments, and balance.
Overview
Use the Ledger Summary report to review payment activity, one row per payment, showing how each family paid and how that ties to their revenue and balance. The report is a per-family, per-day view of the money that moved in and out for the period you select.
The date range filters by the date each payment was recorded in Campium. If you leave the dates unset, the report defaults to the current month.
Filters
Limit the report to a single season or program group. Leave it unset to include payments across all seasons.
Start and end dates that control which payments appear, based on when each was recorded. Defaults to the current month.
Columns
Each row is a payment tied to a family. Only successful payments are included.
The date the payment was recorded.
The family's primary contact. Select it to open the family's profile.
The program group, shown when your account groups seasons.
The revenue for the family's sale.
The total payment amount for the row.
The remaining columns split that payment by method and adjustment type:
-
Credit Card, ACH, Cash, Check – the amount attributed to each payment method.
-
Discount – credits/discounts applied.
-
Manual Adj. – manual adjustments applied to the balance.
-
Balance – the family's remaining balance.
The table footer totals Payments, Credit Card, ACH, Cash, Check, Discount, and Manual Adj. across all rows, so you can reconcile totals by method for the period.
Ledger Summary By Day
A companion Ledger Summary By Day report rolls the same figures up into one row per day, with columns for Date, Revenues, Payments, Credit Card, Cash, Check, Discount, and Manual Adj., plus a totals row.
