Family Ledger report

Review every charge, payment, and credit for each family over a date range, in a running ledger grouped by family with revenue and credit subtotals.

Overview

Use the Family Ledger report to see a transaction-by-transaction history of what each family was charged, what they paid, and any credits applied, over a date range you choose. Transactions are grouped by family, and each family block ends with a subtotal row summarizing its revenues and credits.

The date range filters by the date each transaction was recorded in Campium. If you leave the dates unset, the report defaults to the last 30 days.

Family subtotal rows

After each family's transactions, a highlighted subtotal row summarizes that family:

  • Revenues – total charges for the family in range.

  • Credits – total credits/discounts applied.

Use these subtotals to reconcile a single family without adding up individual lines.
