Product Rollup report
See how many people have registered for each session versus its capacity, including waitlisted counts and optional revenue, with expandable price options.
What the Product Rollup report shows
Use the Product Rollup report to see how full each session is at a glance. Every row is a session, showing how many people have registered against its capacity, how many are waitlisted, and, when the session is not free, the total revenue it has produced. A fill percentage and progress bar make it easy to spot sessions that are close to full.
Sessions that have more than one price option can be expanded to reveal a sub-row for each option, so you can see registration, capacity, and revenue at the price-option level too.
The color of each progress bar reflects how full the session is: green while there is room, amber as it fills, and red once it reaches capacity.
Filters
