Overview

Use the Unverified Email Addresses Report to see parent accounts that have not clicked Verify in the verification email sent after they register or change their email address. Until an account is verified, that email address may not receive your important messages, so this report helps you follow up.

This report lists parent accounts with an email on file that are still unverified and have signed in within the last three years. It does not include filters or export options.

Report columns

Each row is a parent account with an email on file that has not been verified.

Name

Account name, shown as Last, First. This is a link; select it to open the profile.

Home Phone

Home phone number on file, so you can call the contact if the email keeps bouncing or is ignored.

Cell Phone

Cell phone number on file, useful for a quick text reminder to verify.

Email

The unverified email address. Confirm this address is correct with the contact, since a typo is a common reason an account never verifies.

Status

Account status, such as Active, Inactive, Pending, Archived, Removed, Deleted, or Lead. The badge is color coded so you can quickly spot which accounts are still live.

Last Login

The date and time the account last signed in. More recent activity means the person is engaged and more likely to respond to a resent verification email.

Resend

A Resend link that sends the verification email again to the address in the Email column.

An unverified account may miss confirmations, receipts, and reminders. If a resend does not work after a few tries, contact the account another way and correct the email address on the profile.
