New Registrations by Season
See the people who registered for the first time in the selected season.
Overview
Use this report to see the people who registered for the first time in the selected season. It helps you understand how many families are new to your camp and who to welcome.
What it shows
Each row is a person who is new in the selected season.
Nametext
The person's name, linked to their profile.
Age Grouptext
The person's age group, when age groups are in use.
Sessionstext
The sessions the person registered for.
Locationtext
The person's location, when shown.
Statustext
The person's current status.
Choose the season
Use the season dropdown in the header to pick the season, or leave it on all seasons.
Where to find it
In Campium, go to Reports > System and select the new registrations by season report.
Troubleshooting
- No one listed: No first-time registrations exist for the selected season yet. Once someone registers for this season, they appear here.
- A returning family shows up: This report counts people new in the selected season; someone new to this season may still have history in other seasons.
