Season Recap

Review a season snapshot of enrollments, payments, and what filled, then email it to your administrators or open the related chart reports.

Use Season Recap when you want a short season summary without opening every chart report. It shows enrollments, payment mix, top sessions (or your product wording), recommended next steps, and links to the full chart reports.

Where to find it

  1. Open Reports in the left navigation.
  2. Choose System Reports.
  3. Under Enrollment, select Season Recap.

You can also open it from the shared chart reports button row on other chart pages (for example Stats Dashboard or Registration Patterns Report). The button label is Season Recap.

You need the Reports permission to open this page. The Revenue column and net booked amounts appear only when your role also includes finance access.

Load a recap

  1. Choose a Season. Campium selects the latest season by default.
  2. Optionally turn on Compare to prior season, then pick a Compare season.
  3. Click Load recap.

While it loads, the page shows Loading…. If no season is selected, Campium asks you to select one first.

What you see

After the recap loads:

  • Snapshot cards for Campers, Families, Waitlist, and On a payment plan. With finance access you also see Net booked. When you compare seasons, deltas show as vs prior.
  • When families registered - busiest day and peak hour (Eastern) when enough activity exists.
  • How families paid - share of successful ACH vs card payments, and dollar volume when you have finance access.
  • What sold - a table of top sessions (or your product plural) with Campers, Fill, and Revenue (finance access only).
  • Recommended next steps - short tips for your season.
  • Open the full report - links to related chart reports for a deeper look.

If this recap was emailed before, a note shows when it last went out and how many administrators received it.

Email the recap

  1. Load a recap for the season you want.
  2. Click Email recap.
  3. Confirm Email this recap to your administrators? (or the re-send prompt if it was already emailed), then choose Send email.

Campium emails the recap to users with the Administrator role. You need the Reports permission to send.
