Review per-family registration details for a season, including campers, parent contact info, and registration value.
Overview
Use the Family Registration Report to review per-family registration details for a season: which campers are in the family, parent contact info, how many campers registered, and the total value of their registration.
What it shows
Each row is a family's registration for the selected season.
The campers in the family. Where a profile is available, this links to it.
The parent's first name.
The parent's last name.
The parent's email address.
The parent's phone number.
The family's zip code.
The season the registration is for.
When the family registered.
How many campers the family registered.
The gross value of the family's registration.
The net revenue from the family's registration.
Whether the family is returning or new.
Choose the season
Use the season picker in the header to choose one or more seasons. The report title updates to reflect your selection.
Where to find it
In Campium, go to Reports > System and select the Family Registration Report.
Troubleshooting
- No families listed: No families are registered for the selected season. Try a different season.
- Total or net revenue looks off: Values reflect the registration on file; confirm the family's charges and payments on their profile.
