Active Cart Report

See which users currently have items in their shopping cart.

Overview

Use the Active Cart Report to see which users currently have items in their shopping cart so you can understand purchase intent, spot abandoned carts, and follow up with families who may need help finishing registration.

Active Cart Report is a new system report available starting March 6, 2026.

What it shows

These columns help you quickly see who has items in their cart and how recently they were added.

Name & Emailtext

The name and email address of the user who currently has items waiting in their cart.

Items in Cartnumber

The total number of products currently in the user's cart.

Last Addeddate/time

The date and time when the most recent item was added to the cart, so you can see how fresh the cart activity is.

Actionsbutton

Includes a View items button that opens the full cart contents for that user.

View cart details

Use the View items action to open a modal and see what is currently in a user's cart.

The cart details modal includes:

  • Product names
  • Seasons for each product
  • Who each item is for, when applicable (for example, specific campers or family members)
  • When each item was added to the cart

Items remain in the cart for 7 days or until purchased. After that, they no longer appear in the Active Cart Report or in the cart details modal.

Where to find it

Open the Active Cart Report from Reports

In Campium Money, go to Reports > System and select Active Cart Report.

When a family has anything in their cart, you will also see an Active Cart button on their profile.
Select this button to jump straight to that family's active cart details.

Troubleshooting

Use these checks if the Active Cart Report or cart buttons do not look as expected:

  • Report is empty: No users currently have items in their cart, or all cart items are older than 7 days or already purchased.
  • Active Cart Report is missing: Confirm you have access to Reports and the System reports section.
  • Active Cart button does not show on a profile: That family does not have any items in their cart right now.
  • Items disappear from the cart: Items drop off the report and cart after purchase or after 7 days, whichever comes first.
