Users can have multiple email addresses associated with a single Campium account so families and staff do not need separate, duplicate profiles for each email.
Using multiple email addresses on one profile reduces duplicate accounts and keeps a user's information, registrations, and payments in one place.
Add additional email addresses to a user
Use the Manage Emails button on a user's profile to add secondary addresses.
Open the user's profile
- Go to the relevant user's profile in Campium.
- Confirm you are on the correct person or family before changing email addresses.
Open Manage Emails
- On the profile, click the blue Manage Emails button.
- Review the primary email address, which appears first in the list.
Add additional email addresses and save
- Enter each additional email address you want associated with this account.
- After adding or editing addresses, click Save to apply your updates.
After you save, the new email addresses are linked to the same user account.
Whenever you update the email addresses on a profile, Campium sends a verification email to the user so they can confirm the changes.
Remove an email address from a user
Remove an email if it no longer belongs to the user or should not receive communication.
Open Manage Emails on the profile
- Go to the user's profile.
- Click the blue Manage Emails button to see all email addresses on the account.
Remove the email address
- Remove the email address you no longer want associated with the user.
- The email address is removed from the system immediately once you complete this action.
The removed email can no longer be used for that account or receive communication tied to this profile.
