Email users that have not completed a form
Send an email to users based on their completion status for a specific Campium form, including how to review recipients by status.
Email users by form completion status
Target users who have not completed a specific form by sending an email directly from that form's settings.
Open the form
-
Go to Forms from the main navigation.
-
Locate the form you want to follow up on in the list.
Open form email settings
-
Next to the form name, find the settings icon on the left side.
-
Click the settings icon to open the Form Settings menu.
Start the email
-
In the Form Settings menu, select Send Email.
-
The email options for that form open so you can choose who should receive the message.
Choose which users to email
-
Select one or more completion statuses to target:
-
Not Started
-
In Progress
-
Pending Approval
-
Approved
-
-
Campium sends the email only to users whose status on this form matches the options you select.
View names under each form status
Use the status icons on the Form Settings page to see exactly which users fall under each completion status before you send your email.
On the Form Settings page for your form, look to the top right where you see the counts for In Progress, Pending Approval, and Approved.
Click the small icons next to each count to view the list of people with that status for the form.
Use these lists to confirm who will receive your email when you target specific statuses.
Notes
-
Status filters apply only to the selected form, so a user might have a different status on another form.
-
The settings icon you need is immediately to the left of the form name in the Forms list.
-
Reviewing the status icons and counts in the top-right of the Form Settings page helps you confirm your recipient group before sending.
